Mr sheiriefe I receved by Newes yor bayliefe yesternight last
notice of a Iurie to be impanelled Concerning Certen land{es} of myne
lieng in Typton. the service to be don on thursday next. the matter
Concernes me verie much. the landes lieing in a parke vnder my
house syde, now the tyme being so shorte, my request ys that yt
may please you to do me the favor to stay the ceedeing of the
Cavse vntill the next vacation, against wch tyme I shalbe redye
for the same, wch kindnes yf yt please you I rest my selfe to requite
