Good cossen god be with us I haue sent Ser Iohn Harperes Letter
where in you may vnder stand. he will not
demand the Rent of Phillep Etone. yet is
he willing he should be tenand to hit still.
I besich you demand the Rent. at this
Laday day. he hath bin a euel tenand. for
with out Leue he hath fallene ii trees. I haue
for this yere yelded my ^consent to Ser Iohn Harper. that
Eeton shall haue it peing to you and mr Egerto[n]
the rent but vnlesh he be a better tennand. this
yere I will case him Louke eles where. and so
with my kindest commendacion. to your good selfe
and my cossen your wyfe. I end commetting you
to god
