Good Maddam
I am sorrye that your Ladyship should soe often
mencion the want of the ^draught of assignement
which my man tells me is at Coventrye
faire ingrossed, where I purpose (god willing)
to be on Saterday the 27th of Iune
at night, and will take order that
it be sent you at that tyme, and had
geven direction that this bearer should
have called for it but my man seemes
not willing to send downe the key of his
deske where he saith it lyes, and I
am willing also to examyne it if
before it goe, this will begett noe
delay for that Sir Thomas Burdett
is at London & will not be soe soone
in the Countrey, nor hath bene in the
Countrey synce the begyning of the
Easter terme soe as it could not have
bene sealed by him synce that tyme/
I did receive the paper bookes you
sent & have them in my Custody, but
it is yet vncerten whether the triall
wilbe in the Countrey or at the barre
And soe in hast I take leave & will
ever remayne
