I am required to bee a commissioner tomorow at Lichf: Vpon an inquirie
out of the Exchequier for recusant{es}. Warrant is q graunted vnto
the sheriff of this Countie to inpanell a Iurie and the place
appoynted by mr Leigh is Lichfield I praye your opinion
whether any such enquirie bee good in lawe beeinge taken in
an other Countie and whether there bee aucthoritie in the
sheriff to sommon a iurie thether for there apance. I haue
no mynd to the busines and wold willinglie haue a clenlie
shift to avoyde yt.
