I haue bin made acquinted by mr Nicholas Allin and Richard Perrie my
prisoners by you committed that they haue taken notise of a Citation
sent from you (Cosin Skeuington) wherby they are commaunded wthin
ten dayes after the recepte thereof to appere in his Ma:ties Court off
admiralltie wthin ten dayes after the reptp recepte thereof And wthall
to required in their behalfe that they maye bee enlarged from their
imprisonment ^to that they maye make there apanse accordingly as ether
vpon baile ^(yf you maye accepte thereof or as in your discretion shall bee thought fittest or els that
you ^or one of you will signefie the contrary by vnto mee or them by wrytinge
wch request beeinge (in my opinion very reasonable I can not but comend
vnto you and with my hartiest Commendacons and so rest
