Good Maddam
it may please you to looke into the
deposicions taken in Chancery in the
Cause wherein Sir Iohn fferrers was
plaintiff against Bradborne, and if you
finde that they were ex amyned by
any that canne depose they are true
Coppies then it is well and there needes
noe sending of them vp. otherwise your
Ladyship may doe well to send them vp this
terme to thend they may be examyned
by Iohn Savage or one or both of
my men that may be present at the
triall this next assizes, or any
triall hereafter if any should
happen to be And soe with remembrance
of my service I take leave &
will ever remayne
