Good Madam
it may please you to look into the
depositions taken in Chancery in the
Cause wherein Sir John Ferrers was
plaintiff against Bradbourne, and if you
find that they were examined by
any that can depose they are true
Copies then it is well and there needs
no sending of them up. otherwise your
Ladyship may do well to send them up this
term to the end they may be examined
by John Savage or one or both of
my men that may be present at the
trial this next assizes, or any
trial hereafter if any should
happen to be And so with remembrance
of my service I take leave &
will ever remain
