Good cousin, my uncle Edward Basset, and myself, being At
Blithfield with you, did move you, in the behalf of this Lame soldier,
William Lee; who hath lived in very poor estate, this six years,
in England, without Any Relief of the country, so I desire you, that
you would please, to help him to such yearly stipend, As other
maimed soldiers have, within the shire, that Are in like case, so
not doubting, of your best furtherance herein, with my kind commends
to you and my cousin Rest./
